(1)Plate
Positive plate is made of lead-calcium alloy with high stannum,  while negative plate is made of lead-calcium alloy with low stannum, which greatly enhances the hydrogen evolution and creates much higher voltage than common batteries do.

(2)Separator
The separator mainly made of PE has the characteristics of high inoxidizability, small average aperture, better elongation and strength compared with other separators, better resistance of puncture, which greatly enhances the cold cranking ability and reliability.

(3)Filter plate
The filter plate made of imported materials is designed to filter out acid gas when plenty of gas is released at the end of charging and keep the battery from losing water uttermostly, which prolongs the battery life.

(4) Battery cell and lid
Battery cell and lid made of high strength PP are very strong and resistant to acid, which guarantee the performance of the battery in low temperature and the battery life.

(5) Labyrinth vent
Labyrinth vent extends the route through which the internal gas is released to keep the gas from running over.
